The work usually starts with a concrete operating question: should we build this, buy it, fund it, ship it, scale it, or kill it? From there I work backwards into architecture, prototypes, product strategy, team shape, and the decision artifact you actually need.
Most engagements are measured in days or weeks, not quarters. I can operate as an advisor, builder, reviewer, workshop lead, or temporary technical executive depending on what the situation needs.
